Rachel's knowledge and experience, as well as her negotiating expertise, serve all of her clients well. Rachel's main focus when working sellers is to assist and educate the sellers to ready, price, list and sell their homes in the most efficient and profitable way for the client. Once a contract is submitted on their property, after the use of her all-inclusive marketing plan, Rachel negotiates for the seller and focuses on obtaining the best price, in the least amount of time for the best terms.

When working with buyers, Rachel takes the time to understand their goals, wants and needs to maximize their efforts in the least amount of time, with the least amount of effort for them. Once they have their sights set, she makes the process of submitting a competitive offer, negotiating the best price, and getting to the closing table as smooth, uncomplicated and understandable as possible.

Rachel is a relational and highly motivated REALTOR desiring nothing less than the best experience for her clients. She values effective communication with all parties, thereby keeping her clients involved in every aspect of transactions and proactively ensuring a smooth process behind the scenes.

Prior to entering real estate, Rachel served her community as a registered nurse nationally certified in obstetrics. She had the honor of serving in essentially all areas of women's health throughout the span of 13 years. Rachel recognizes the honor and privilege of being a part of such large milestones, from buying a first home, to downsizing, investing and beyond.
